June 2026: Updated Site Plan Submitted to the City
A brief supplement to the May update: We’ve now submitted an updated site plan to the City of Richmond, to accompany our revised application.
The updated site plan is broadly similar to prior versions while incorporating numerous adjustments to:
ensure the property is accessible, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act;
ensure the property’s historic preservation, in accordance with ongoing guidance from the Virginia Department of Historic Resources; and
ensure the property is code compliant, in accordance with feedback and interpretations from the City of Richmond.
